The 1020.VC2 spatter protection curtain is made from heavy glass fabric with a double-sided vermiculite coating, offering excellent thermal resistance up to 1200 °C. The double-sided coating protects the material from direct temperature exposure, increases resistance to thermal wear, and enhances mechanical strength. The 1020.VC2 spatter protection curtains are resistant to sparks, welding spatter, direct flames, and liquid metal splashes. These curtains are ideal for use in ports and shipyards, foundries, metalworking companies, and blacksmith shops where welding, grinding, soldering, and cutting are performed.

We manufacture our welding curtains exclusively according to your specific requirements – there are no standard dimensions. However, if cut-free or low-waste dimensions are considered, there is a cost advantage. For this, we recommend adjusting the width in full-meter increments, while the height can still be selected individually.
